Technical Support & Consultant
I am often the first call when something technical fails: apps, accounts, endpoints, or networks. I diagnose under time pressure, write docs people can follow, and train non-technical colleagues so they can keep going without me. As a technical consultant, I bring that same approach to a client engagement: troubleshooting analytics, tag management, and CRM integrations, keeping compliance requirements like GDPR/CCPA in check, and equipping their non-technical team to make site updates confidently on their own.
